The location was incredible, just a short stroll to shopping at ION Orchard. However, the breakfast was really basic and crowded. Would've loved more variety! 🥐

The property is showing age with faded labels, broken lights, and dusty surfaces!!! A musty odor lingered in the kitchen, and the lack of a safe crossing to nearby malls made it inconvenient!!!

We experienced significant issues during our stay. The first room had a broken door lock, which required us to move our belongings and relocate to another loft apartment. The second room had a leaking toilet, which the hotel staff failed to address, forcing us to rely on an inconvenient alternative. The overall cleanliness of the hallways was lacking, and on our third day, the renovation work created an unbearable smell of paint.

The sauna wasn't working during my stay.

Had a great time, the pool was clean and my kids loved splashing around. The staff were absurdly friendly, like they actually cared about us, made us feel like we were at home.

Really loved the location! Super close to the MRT and tons of shopping. Just wish the bed was a bit more comfy. I had some back pain after! The kitchen was a nice bonus too.

This place suits me perfectly with free wifi, a gym, and an outdoor pool. The staff was incredibly helpful. they even provided currency recommendations on my first stay. I recommend taking advantage of the steam room for relaxation. I'm coming back for a weekend!

I enjoyed my stay in the One-Bedroom Loft. The charming decor and convenient location near shopping centers. The breakfast variety could use improvement. I had a relaxing time and appreciated the spacious layout.

However, the furniture in the apartment felt outdated, resembling something more from a retro film set than a modern hotel. The kitchen emitted a musty odor that lingered despite efforts to air it out. Accessing the shopping mall nearby was tricky, as there was no crosswalk, making the busy street feel hazardous. Additionally, the elevators appeared aged, causing delays during peak times. Overall, the amenities didn’t match the high price, leaving a less-than-ideal impression.

I truly appreciated the spacious layout of the apartment, making it easy to move around. The staff were exceptionally attentive, offering assistance with my luggage and providing helpful local tips throughout my stay.
